Hub71 and Clara partner to digitize legal needs for startups

Abu Dhabi’s global tech ecosystem Hub71 has announced an alliance with LegalTech startup Clara, which provides automated legal services for startups. Clara’s innovative digital platform will be available to Hub71-based startups, facilitating the complex legal processes involved in setting up, growing, and exiting a startup.

Hub71 and Clara partner to digitize legal needs for startupsHub71 will pay for startups’ ADGM incorporation costs through Clara under the agreement. Additionally, startups will have access to preferential pricing for Clara’s entire suite of products, including document generation, cap tables, structured data rooms, as well as its predictive education function. This function educates founders on a full range of legal concepts.

Hub71 houses startups from 25 countries operating in 18 sectors, including artificial intelligence, big data, and analytics. Hub71 connects entrepreneurs with impact-driven investors and corporates, as well as supports them with scaling their businesses and accessing global markets as part of its partnerships.
